This is an example of using app as a company calendar to display employee absence and occupation of employees, reservation of conference rooms and company cars. The calendar was filled with random employee data and events.
Non-logged employees can edit all events thanks to which they can easily add events to themselves or other employees. Of course, you can freely assign permissions to users, e.g. so that every employee after logging in can edit only their events or only selected people.
Everyone can see announcements and conference room reservations, but only users with kate i anna logins who are in the secretariat permission group can edit the events of these items.
Everyone can see company car reservations, but only a user with the tom login can edit booking events and change car details and add new ones.
The calendar element type Employee has several fields (department, photo, phone, email) defined so that you can see employee details by hovering over the name of the employee. The department field has the filtering option turned on, so after selecting the type Employee in the Filter by type field you will be able to filter employees by their department.
You can log in to kate, anna, tom accounts to check their functionality. Log in to admin account to see exactly how Your Calendar is configured. The passwords for all accounts are: Pass01
